My husband and I used Sugar Cubed for our wedding to make 15 custom pies for the reception. Dana and his team did a FANTASTIC job with the pies - they turned out gorgeous, and most important, delicious! He held a great tasting for us the month before the wedding and allowed us to customize the flavors to suit our, and our family's, palettes. Furthermore, when 5 days before the wedding I emailed them in a panic about allergy concerns, he quickly got back to me and changed some of the pie recipes to avoid the allergens. They were incredibly professional throughout the entire planning project and made me feel like my wedding was just as important to them as anything else. Sugar Cubed provided a grooms cake and our wedding cake and both were amazing! The staff worked with our budget to get us exactly what we wanted. Both of our cakes turned out amazing and many guests commented on how delicious they were. This company is a pleasure to work with. They delivered the cakes to our rehearsal dinner and wedding so we did not have to worry about transport. Definitely highly recommend Sugar Cubed for all of your dessert needs! More...

Love reading reviews from others; but expected them all to be great. What would you expect from a Certified Executive Pastry Chef, winner of 5 gold medals in baking competition and former baking teacher? Only bakery I have ever seen that can cover allergy restrictions (gluten and sugar free especially) and still make something that tastes like real food. Bakeries usually only customize cake decoration; but this place can/will customize anything from the shape of a bread roll to cookies and cakes. Had nurse's hat cookies made to celebrate my daughter's 1st National Nurse's Day after she got her LPN, she and her coworkers loved them. My favorite is the pecan pie, rich but not too sweet with a thick layer of coarsely chopped pecans all over. More...

This place is the best. I have never had a custom cake done before. I sent them a picture of the cake I wanted and they delivered. My husband and I tried this place for the first time today. It won't be our last. Wonderful! First we each had a fresh baked roll that had so much flavor that it didn't need any butter. We shared a glass of watermelon green tea that was very refreshing. In the case we had been eyeing a wonderful looking dessert - brownie base w/heath bar crunch and then a light mouse topping. It turned out it was for a special event and not for sale. But....just when we were about to be very disappointed he found some small end pieces that he couldn't sell and gave them to us.
