What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting clients with creating MEANINGFUL CHANGE in their lives. I believe to create meaningful change in your life the only requirements are truly UNDERSTANDING your motivations & choices (intention) and being READY, EAGER and PREPARED to do something (willingness). To create meaningful change, it requires ACTION- you have to put forth the effort and be open to the COLLABORATION with your true self, your essence.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I believe we all have the power to MANIFEST what we want by understanding our INTENTIONS, focusing on our GOAL and allowing our intuitive intelligence to help guide us there. I also believe in the POWER OF THOUGHT- how our mindset & attitude shape our experiences. It is this intrinsic passion that inspired me to launch SimpleTransformations LLC.

Harness The Power of Thought Program (six-session series)
This is a six-session series focused on navigating the POWER OF YOUR THOUGHTS in specific areas of your life such as work/career, relationships, home/family, social life and health/appearance to create meaningful change.
During our time together we will create CLARITY, IDENTIFY, DEFINE and give ATTENTION to your GOALS (desires) and explore how to allow these GOALS (desires) to MANIFEST in your life by ELIMINATING self-limiting beliefs.
Awaken Your Power Within Program (eight-session series)
This is an eight-session series focused on AWAKENING THE POWER of you have within your authentic self and applying this to specific areas of your life such as work/career, relationships, home/family, social life and health/appearance. During our time together we will EXPLORE how our EMOTIONS are connected to our DECISIONS & CHART A COURSE to create meaningful change in your life. Concepts explored include but are not limited to, the power of NOW, CHOICE, PERSPECTIVE, INTENTION, GRATITUDE and SELF-CARE.
Reinforcement Sessions (one-hour session)
This is a one-hour session option that can be CUSTOMIZED based upon your needs.
