What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love seeing owner's have their "ah ha" moments! Though, the greatest part is the calm and confidence that follows when they realize that they finally have the answers to the problems that have been holding them back and stressing them out!
What inspired you to start your own business?
This is the fourth business that I've owned. I started the first three because like most business owners, I wanted to call my own shots and have the freedom to do things the way that I wanted. I started SuccessPath because there is a great need to incorporate and value the personal side of business success. Most programs for small business owners focus only on business metrics. Small business is personal! Ignoring what's going on inside with owners, ignores at least half of what it takes to successfully run and grow a small business. I created SuccessPath to address the business side and the personal side together so that owners can breakthrough the personal battles that hold them back from having a thriving company and great life.
