Just had my first amazing clarity call with Kim Kasparian this morning! I'd like to share a little of what happened in our call, in a quick study, Kim surmised my actions not moving the needle to efficient networking and production. Best practices and focus points going forward for the next 30 days are: 1. The custom work I offer is not made up of just on the inherent materials (Diamonds, Gemstones, 18k, 14k, Silver). We value a customer when we value our own time. Breakout all the values, design, gemological, time, shipping & tax payment to government to structure a COGS goal to reflect that value. 2. At the start of each day focus on the 1 hour that will make the most impact to attain that goal. 3. Continued Education & Sharpening the saw is great, but will it get me to Point #1 & #2? 4. Continue to invest in the methods that have proven to be successful to date. For me the method of connecting and aligning through my network has held so true. If you did not already know I am the Jewelry Networking Queen! 5. Go to my network and ask for introductions & state production capacity and limit for the month. 6.
