How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
1. Understand the Target Audience (seniors, adults, youth, children) and Target Markets (Corporate, Hospital, schools, College, etc).
2. Determine budget and customer needs.
3. Create and personalized Menu options by section.
4. Communicate the Brand Personality and style "Eat Fresh, Eat Healthy".
5. Because we care we want to maintain and be consistent with the quality and service to be offered to online, curbside, catering and instore guests.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been working in the Hospitality Industry for over than 30 years, which has gave us the option to focus in new endeavors within our field and provide a personalized service. We love to interact with customers, understand their needs and budget, to be able to fulfill and deliver a great experience during our service.
