It was quite by accident we found this place and we're glad we did. We were looking for a spot for dessert and saw this online. The idea of "instant ice cream" seemed interesting and we found it really is. Not only is the product fresh and excellent the varieties are endless. This place is awesome. Take your kids there and customize your ice cream with many many combinations. Aside from the combos, there is a really "cool" atmosphere with watching your ice cream being made. My 6 year old daughter and 11 year old son were captivated by this entire process. Owner and staff are very personable and service minded. While I don’t go very often I was surprised that she remembered me from last visit ~2months earlier. Also treated boys from church youth group to liquid nitrogen demo that both educational and flat out cool (pun intended!) Nitrogen ice cream...have never tried so figured why not. Place was empty (Friday night around 8:30), staff was nice and attentive. Great first experience here. Not only was the ice cream delicious, but it has the added benefit of enthralling the kids while they watch the ice cream be made. Basically you can custom make your ice cream, it starts fully liquid, and then they freeze it right in front of you by blasting it with liquid nitrogen. My kids kept shouting with excitement since they thought it looked like a big "volcano" happening in front of them.The staff was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu options.
