Full Service Interior Design
Provide interior design services for new construction or renovation including concept development, space planning and floor plan development, material and finish selection and specification, furniture selection, specification and procurement, staging and installation.
Material + Finish selections consultation
Are you building a custom home and the floor plans and design are complete, but you need assistance with the selection of the cabinets, hardware, paint, and flooring?
We can assist and guide you in these selections.
For a full service design, this phase is included in the overall design scheme once you have a finalized floor plan. Selecting materials and finishes are integral to the design development of the project and typically happen in the early design phases.
FF&E selection + procurement
Provide selections of FF&E (furnitures, fixtures and equipment) that fit within your budget, timeline and meet the project aesthetic. This phase happens after we have an approved floor plan and project concept.
We offer full service procurement and installation services. Once your FF&E has been selected and approved, we handle the purchasing of goods, delivery, storage and installation.
Space Planning + Drafting
From a small kitchen renovation, a living room refresh to a restaurant, we can provide space planning adhering to code and ADA guidelines. We also offer interior design drawings and can coordinate with your Contractor, Architect, and other consultants such as Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
