What do you love most about your job?
The transformation and empowerment I see in my client's lives when they find the resources inside themselves for positive change. There is endless love, joy, and magic around the bend, even in the face of life's greatest challenges or heartbreaks. My client's stories are a privilege to honor and witness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I come from a family of entrepreneurs and have been running my own business(s) since 2003. I love the creativity, freedom and work ethic that comes with being a small business owner.

In addition to years of professional training and certifications, I bring a lifetime of experience in working with grief and trauma to the coaching relationship. I offer mental health coaching, grief, and trauma support services in-person in Seattle and online via Zoom for Healthcare's secure platform.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All precautions are taken according to local recommendations and based on current infection risks. Masks, hand sanitizers, and air purifiers are readily available for in-person sessions.
