Such a professional and detailed exterior painting experience! We had contacted 4 other paint companies before selecting Stubbins Painting,  and we are sooooo happy with our result! From the first day, the prep process, power washing, window taping, caulking and covering our plants and deck, this was the easiest process that we have ever had. The team even helped us decide which window surrounds and door frames would look best painted the trim color which we appreciated. I loved that as they were cleaning up and preparing to leave, they asked us to walk around with them and point out any areas that we wanted touched up. The team did a good job painting the entire exterior of our house and was very good with communication all along the process. We had some rain and other issues but they were able to work though obstacles to get the job done. They even came back a few weeks later to finish painting some new doors that hadn't been installed in time to be painted with the rest of the house. More...

I'm so fortunate to have found Stubbins Painting, hands down one of the most professional and knowledgeable contractors I've met with. We just purchased a home and were desperately looking for contractors, we went on yelp to look for a painter. I submitted a request (had a call with an estimator within minutes) and was lucky that they had a cancellation with my abrupt timeline. I read through a few reviews and have to agree that Stubbins is NOT a texturing/dry wall specialist.  Unfortunately for me they said they could do it and did a very poor job.  I had to have my General Contractor bring in his team to fix the 15 plus holes (created by electrician).  My only gripe with Stubbins is they said they could do it and charged me 3 times more per patch/hole than what the GC team charged.  Recommendation to Mike and team is to be honest with your customers from Day 1.  Tell me that you don't do it...would have appreciated that a LOT more than having to deal with it.  Your team tried to fix it twice with not much success.Why the 5 stars then?  A) because Mike agreed to pay for the GC to fix it without hesitation or issues.  B)  Great team and work for the remainder of the house.  Overall happy...great value....they were considerably less expensive than the 5 other quotes I got and they did a good job.  Victor is a great PM and the entire team was great.  One more thing though would be it would be nice to not have that "rushed" feeling at the end....I caught a handful of mistakes that they did fix, but the last day felt like it was a mad dash to finish and that is when mistakes happen.  Overall I would use them again and you should definitely consider them for your painting needs. We had done some remodeling work and hired Stubbins to come out and finish painting the interior of the house. Due to some miscommunication the walls actually weren't ready for them when they showed up (missing texture on new drywall). They were more than accommodating even though they had already scheduled my project and allocated workers to the job, they even assisted us in finding drywall specialists to get the work done ASAP. Long story short they came back two weeks later and completed the job within 4 days. Both Mohammed and Mike were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely give them a call again for future paint needs.And just so this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future; Stubbins is a PAINT ONLY company, they do not handle texturing. Over the years, we have used a number of painters on a number of projects. we've had a few of them return for other work and they did an ok job. That has changed with this company. They were amazing. from the estimate to the clean up they are the best we've used. A special shout out to the job manager Victor. He was totally invested in making sure everything went as it should and made sure we were happy with the progress day to day. He was the last one onsite and he made sure that we were completely satisfied before he left at the end of the job.We will invite Stubbins back for sure for other projects and we will for sure request that Victor runs the show. Highly recommend Stubbins for any and all painting work. Their work and service are unmatched! I needed my home painted prior to moving in but I was on a tight timetable. Quotes were all over the place and I was not getting clear answers ... until I found Mike and Stubbins. Mike responded to my Yelp inquiry immediately and walked me through everything I needed to know. He was reasonable, fair, experienced and responsive. He quoted a fair price, 3 - 4 days for the whole house, including some vanity cabinets. They even offered to start on the holiday Monday. Pasha, Vlad, and Sergii took great care of my home, keeping in contact throughout the job and clarifying anything needed to get the job done right. Mohammed and Mike made sure everything was on track and going as expected. I was able to trust this crew completely with my home without any hesitation. These guys are AMAZING.  They started and finished the job on time, and even returned to replace blind hooks that had been lost during the job.  The job was perfect and it was impossible to see the holes they had patched.  Their responsiveness is impressive.  This is a rare vendor, so I suggest you use them even if you find someone for less. My favorite team at Stubbins Painting has just finished yet another project for us at our home and it’s superb! Anyone can paint a wall but it takes experts to complete a project on time, within budget, and as promised. If you need a reliable painting crew, they’re the ones. I hired Stubbins to paint the interior of our house before we moved in. Mike was very responsive and flexible enough to work with my limited time frame. From the first moment the job started Muhammad stayed in constant communication with me during the project. I relayed specific instructions and he was also able to make suggestions based on his professional opinion and the outcome was exactly as we had envisioned. Overall had a great experience with Stubbins. Bought a property that had a lot of fixing up to do and a lot of drywall repair and wanted a full interior job done. Very reasonable priced for the quality of work that they do (they even took care of our popcorn ceiling removal in a few of our closets). Victor and the crew came out and did an awesome job--clean lines, went above and beyond, and we absolutely loved the results. We even found some small clean up spots that needed some touching up afterwards, and they came out and fixed those right away. Mike and his team are responsive (though at times you may need to reach out via phone/text), but you'll eventually get the response you need. Mike and his crew, led by Victor are exceptionally professional, pleasant and competent. Most important, they perform high-quality and detailed work (painting). They will go out of their way to make sure that the job is done right, to your satisfaction. I initially wanted a stucco wall repaired and painted, but reconsidered and had Mike and his crew paint our entire house (indoors). I'm retired military, my wife an M.D., we're very 'detailed' when it comes to our home. Stubbins painting saved us!! I called them 3 days in advance after my general contractor cancelled on us and Roman was able to come give us an estimate and start the project 3 days later. This was my first time hiring painters and I was very nervous about choosing a company I can trust and rely on to provide quality work at a fair price. I do not regret hiring Stubbins Painting. I had some interior work to be done as well as my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Mike's team arrived 8am sharp on Monday and got everything done in 3 days! I was astonished by the final result. My cabinets look brand new and the interior of my home looks so refreshing. We chose Stubbins Painting at first because of their impressive Yelp reviews and they definitely lived up to the expectation. Mike was quick to respond to our request and came out the next day for an estimate for the interior painting of our home. We got an emailed quote within 24 hours and decided to hire them for the job. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to picking out wall colors and which finish would work better on our walls and ceilings. We helped the team out beforehand by moving some of the furniture to the middle and removing everything from the walls. We were a bit concerned about the noise level as both my husband and I work from home, but we felt as if they weren't even there! The team was super friendly, considerate, clean, and efficient. The colors turned out great and the foreman did a final walkthrough with us to make sure all details were tackled and that we were satisfied with the final look. These guys are amazing! I chose Mike's proposal from 6 different other painting companies in my area. Mike, however, was the most responsive, most professional, and very attentive to all of our questions and concerns. Professional, punctual, great finished results!We hired Stubbins Painting to repaint the interior of our townhome - walls and ceilings - prior to moving in. Mike came out to give us an in-person estimate, and was able to squeeze us into his schedule within our move-in timeframe.Mohammed and the rest of the crew did a great job. We made a special request that they use Benjamin Moore rather than try to color match BM colors with Sherwin Williams paint, which they were willing to accommodate. They showed up on time and made quick work of the job!Mohammed reached out to us a few times during the job to clarify colors and sheens, which we were happy to do. We did have a miscommunication about the color of the baseboards in a single room, where we wanted them to match the wall color rather than go with the white color used on the rest of the baseboards in the home. We had called out the color in an email to Mike but forgot to specifically mention it again during the walkthrough with Mohammed prior to starting on day one. It took a bit of discussion and back and forth with Mike, but in the end he had his crew repaint the baseboards in that room at no additional cost. Lesson learned, make sure to point out unusual details during the pre-job walkthrough!Overall, it was a good experience, and we would consider hiring Stubbins Painting again in the future. More...

We had a few companies come by and give us quotes, but this company was great from the beginning! It was clear that Mike knew his stuff, and offered recommendations to help us along the process in terms of choosing colors and types of paints.
