Tamara is fantastic to work with! She catered a bridal shower for me in partner with Sleepy Cat Urban Winery & we couldn't have been more satisfied. The amount of effort she put into personalizing the event was phenomenal. She was accommodating & attentive, making things much easier on me as the planner. The only negative was how long it took me to write this review! STRUT handled the food for my son's graduation party at our home in June. The ordering and planning process was simple and no detail was overlooked (tables needed, serving utensils, having disposable pans so we could serve food as long as we needed and could keep any leftovers). We did items from the BBQ and Mexican Menus - skirt steaks that could melt in your mouth, amazing sauces such as the avocado crema, salsas, mac n' cheese, pulled pork - every dish was incredible! STRUT's team made sure that they explained ingredients to all of the guests and kept an eye out for any allergies. My experience with STRUT Catering Company was incredible.

I had originally reached out to Tamara to see if she would not mind catering for a non-profit event. She not only excitedly agreed, but also discounted our payment because she understood the event was completely volunteer-run. I had already felt like Tamara had gone above and beyond...and then, she took it a step further by offering to donate a gift card for the raffle we held at the event.

Tamara and her business immerse themselves within the community--and likewise, the community is able to indulge in her delicious dishes. If you have an event, whether it is for charity or for yourself, I strongly encourage you to reach out to Tamara. I will certainly be using her services again in the future! More...

Tamara and her staff catered our wedding - with 120 guests. Tamara provided us with the best service! Throughout the process she was flexible and attentive to our wishes. Strut catered for our wedding and I don't think we could have gone with anyone better. Tamara went above and beyond to help make our day perfect. She was kind, helpful and professional. She designed our menu to fit our needs and was conscious of our guests needs. She even helped us stay green by using "Eco-Friendly" biodegradable plates.
