Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the physical and psychological benefits of fitness are worth the temporary discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, completing multiple certifications, and through years of hands-on experience.

2020 has allowed me to turn something "negative" into something positive. I started Stronger Than Yesterday Fitness in June of 2020 as I was no longer able to work in-person with my clients. With the uncertainty of the fitness industry, I decided to create an online community so we can all continue on our health and wellness journey and stay safe as well.

Stronger than Yesterday's mission is to inspire you to find your strength. It is about taking each day as an opportunity to achieve greatness. Every day you invest in yourself, you are becoming stronger than yesterday.

STY Fitness provides a community of like-minded people who are ready to become their best selves, inside and outside of "the gym."

Services

Our most popular option, Small Group Training provides an environment of community and accountability. Whether your goal is losing weight, increasing strength, or improving endurance, our program will improve your overall health and have you feeling great.

All small group training sessions run for 60 minutes.

Based on your individual needs and goals, a personalized program will be designed for you.
Choose 30min or 60 min sessions.

1:1 Training Sessions are offered virtually and in-person.
