What do you love most about your job?
We love to see the excitement on students' faces when a new concept clicks in their brains or when they achieve a goal that they've been working towards. We're a part of your student's success team, and we love it when our students thrive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Strive Academics was founded by Ralston Medouze shortly after graduating from Emory University because he saw a great need for more affordable, personalized, quality tutoring. He has always been passionate about education and began tutoring in 2011 as one of Emory University's foreign language tutors.
Why should our clients choose you?
We pride ourselves on the results we're able to get our students. Students find that they have a much greater understanding of concepts within a few sessions. Many students see their grades improve by a full letter and some have even seen score increases of 20% or 30%. Most importantly, our sessions are tailored to your student's needs. Absolutely! We provide online tutoring students all over the USA. Once matched with one of our tutors, you can do sessions using whatever online teleconferencing software you prefer. Most people use Zoom or Skype for their sessions, but our tutors are adaptable and can work with you using whatever software makes you comfortable. Once matched with a tutor,
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Due to Covid-19, most of our sessions are currently conducted online. We urge clients to try out an online session first and see if that works for them. It's nothing like online classes from your school - sessions are one on one and personalized to your students needs and goals, so most students find that there's little difference between online and in person. If you wish to do in-person sessions, both parties should wear masks and practice proper social distancing where possible.
