While I consider myself to be reasonably fit, as I’ve aged my flexibility and mobility has lessened. I started at Stretch shortly after they opened, and have been a regular ever since. I had a great experience at Stretch. I usually have lots of pain getting up in the morning. Went to Stretch last night and got up early this am with NO pain!! What I will go back for sure!
