Strength training! There are so many benefits to training both physically and mentally. I focus on progressive overload (getting stronger over time) and building healthy habits! No restrictions and no unhealthy shortcuts :)

Consistency is key! Keep showing up for yourself. Having patience, doing the work, eating well and repeat.
