Never got our food after waiting 45-50 minutes. Server admitted to messing up order, then ticket got lost, then said it would take 30 more minutes. Apps never even made it out. It wasnt a big order. No manager ever came to apologize. While I respect the owners and management, I will second guess eating here again More...

I booked my wedding reception here and it was the most awful experience from start to finish. I would not give my money, nor book an event with this company if I were you. While the food may be fantastic and the ambience is great, the management in this company is absolutely horrendous. First, I dealt with an events manager who was rude and clearly had no interest in booking our event. Then I dealt with the general manager who was extremely kind and made up for the wrongs of the events manager. Covid happened, facility was shut down, no one contacted me. I finally got ahold of the general manager and she told me she was laid off. Fast forward a few months and they put me in contact with the marketing manager (owners refused to get involved no matter how much I asked for help). The marketing manager had no business dealing with an event (later other management openly admitted this) but told us that they lost our contract. We had a few back and forths but ultimately was unresponsive and clearly uninterested in helping me with my booked event. The restaurant had officially opened with covid restrictions and so I contacted the restaurant to see who was running the show. At this point, I am now dealing with the fourth manager, who has no idea about my event and again can not find my contract. She tells me she will make this event perfect for me and will fix the mistakes that have happened along the way. I told her how unresponsive the team has been through this entire experience and how I needed to quick responses because the wedding was around the corner. At one point, I had emailed her and was cc’d with 3 other managers from this company, in regards to regulations for covid. A week passed, and all 4 managers still hadn’t gotten back to me but were operating their business as usual. This was the last straw for me, I kindly asked them for my deposit back and wanted nothing more to do with them. I was forced to find another wedding venue 2 months before my wedding, to which I had already sent invitations out. This team wasn’t taking accountability for their wrongs, their communication between themselves and their guests is horrendous, and their chef had the dirtiest finger nails I have ever seen in my life. Stove and Tap raised the bar for customer service. After arriving to pickup our takeout order and finding out it was never put into the kitchen, Rich went above and beyond to make it right.
