Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Decompression Therapy (Cupping), Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal.
Body Sculptingn ( Lipo-Light)
Lipo Light is a 20 minute non invasive body sculpting procedure. The infra red light penetrates the fat cells and causes them to shrink. Sessions are recommended once to twice per week, depending on the desired level of toning and sculpting.
Personal Fitness Training
Customized fitness sessions with our certified Trainers to reach your health, nutrition, fitness & weight loss goals. Your first complimentary session includes assessment and 1 hour with our Trainers.
Tanning
We offer Spray tanning as well as level 1-4 stand up & beds.
