Tl;dr: Go here for reasonably priced, but delicious, BBQ served by some really cool people.

First, and most importantly, the food is incredible. The homemade BBQ sauces and the smoked pulled pork is my favorite. You have to get the mint lemonade too, because what's good BBQ without some refreshing lemonade to wash it all down (although I hope they add some unsweetened tea to the menu).

Second, the service is top-notch. I'll completely avoid any spot where the people are assholes, but this is absolutely not the case here. They're all so freaking cool it makes you want to give them money.

Last, the price is fair, I'd say $10-12 for a full meal with drink. BBQ is typically more expensive so I'm happy they can provide a delicious meal and not charge ~$15 a plate. More...

The flavors were complex and subtle, the sauces were authentic and juicy. The pulled chicken was just the right amount of moist. The combination sandwich with three types of pork was a new and tastefully done twist on decadence, and the sweet potato fries with a bourbon reduction was unique and comforting. I was lured in by a sandwich they had up on the Specials board. I don't remember what they called it; it was some sort of cheezy-BBQ sandwich. I wasn't even hungry but I'd never heard of anything like it, so I gave it a try...
I tried to keep my composure as I fell under its power. My girlfriend knew I was serious; she said the look on my face was exactly the same when I talk to her about past life-changing experiences...
After I had let this sandwich redefine everything I thought I knew about BBQ (and I'm from Texas), I had to let the Crew know how well they had done.
I walked right up to that window and proclaimed, "Y'all know that Chris Isaak song about how he doesn't want to fall in love?..."

I have been waiting to catch this truck out of Downtown Denver and saw on their Facebook Page they were going to be at the Highlands Street Fair. I'm from Florida so google led the way. Well worth the hour drive. Best BBQ I've had scince I got here. Everyone is Texas this and Texas that, I don't care for Texas so called BBQ (more to BBQ that cooking over a fire) and this truck is in no way Texas. I had the Ultimate Porker sandwichwich (pulled pork, I opted not to have the fried pickle on it) and used the Whiskey BBQ sauce (had to be house made because it was to good to be a commercial brand), on a scale of 1 to 100 with 1 being don't waste your money and 100 being absolutely heaven perfect I give this trucks Ultimate Porker Sandwich a 95 but if they would have served a few chips or steak fries with it I would have given them a 97 and remember that includes the time it takes to get my food in a very busy inviroment, the cleanslyness of the truck and the quality of service.
