What’s your signature dish?
Our most popular skewers are
- Top sirloin (tender steak cubes seasoned and grilled to perfection)
- Chicken with bacon (juicy marinated cubes of chicken breast wrapped in bacon)
- Sausage (delicious Brazilian fresh pork sausage)
Our most popular sides are:
- White rice
- Vinagrette salad (diced tomatoes and onions seasoned with a citrus dressing)
- Farofa (toasted cassava flour with garlic and butter)
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We are a small business and for that reason we are very open to personalizations, substitutions and special requests. Our menu always going to be based on Brazilian cuisine but we are here to help and listen to our clients needs.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being part of and important moment or celebration. The feeling of seeing everyone so happy with our food and service is priceless.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always had cooking as a hobby but I wanted to do more. I wanted to help spreading the Brazilian culture through the culinary. I actually never heard someone say they tried Brazilian food and didn't like it, so I guess that is a great sign! :)

They can rest assured that I will put in so much effort and energy to make sure the food at their event will be something memorable for them and for their guests.
Catering Service
We stay at the event for up to 3h arriving 1h earlier for set up (additional hours can be requested for a fee). We bring everything required to cook and serve the food, including the grill, tables, table covers, food warmers, plates, napkins, etc.
Bartending service
We can prepare a large variety of drinks, including the famous Brazilian Caipirinha
