Rachel did a fabulous job planning our wedding. She held our hand from the initial venue and vendor selection all the way through our grand exit after the reception. She is detail oriented and saw to it herself that everything was absolutely perfect. She is a New Orleans native and has business relationships throughout the city which made the planning process very comfortable. Her assistants on the day of the wedding were also great. I am so glad we chose to work with Rachel from Sterling Events for our NOLA wedding!! I had no idea what I was getting in to as far as wedding planning went, and she made the entire experience a breeze. Rachel has formed relationships with a variety of quality vendors all throughout the city. She suggested people/companies for us who did professional and beautiful work in the price points that we needed, facilitated and attended face to face meetings with us and our vendors, and knew all of the right questions to ask (because I most certainly didn't!). Rachel kept all of our information organized for us and frequently reminded us of due dates for various wedding related tasks and payments. She was always available and willing to chat and always gave me straight answers and opinions when I needed them. Our wedding turned out EXACTLY as we hoped and dreamed (she made sure to always ask for our wants and visions), pretty much singlehandedly because of Rachel. I used Sterling Events for my summer wedding in New Orleans. Our wedding was everything I could have imagined and more. From the perfectly choreographed ceremony to having the time of my life during the reception, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be by my side throughout the event. I never had to worry about any logistics so I could enjoy the day to the fullest. Rachel took care of every single detail which also relieved stress from my mom and my matron of honor. Rachel had a great ability to be present when I needed her but not at all intrusive. She has a get it done attitude and meticulous attention to detail. Rachel Frank was such a pleasure to work with. Rachel Frank, the perfect event planner! Thanks to Rachel Frank (Sterling Events) my daughter's wedding could not have been more perfect.
Rachel attended to every detail of the wedding. She kept 14 bridesmaids on schedule with hair and makeup (even running a bit early).She saw to it that all of the vendors knew exactly what they were suppose to do at the appointed time. The wedding was perfectly timed....to the minute!
Rachel worked with the Ritz Carlton Hotel to make sure everything went well from pre-wedding planning to meal service and a fabulous second line at the conclusion of the event.
She communicated regularly with our talented florist, Kim Starr Wise and the wonderful staff at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. On the wedding day things proceeded smoothly and effortlessly because of Rachel's skill. I could enjoy the special day because she had everything under control for us!
Rachel is a 5 Star Plus in my book!!!
