Had them come June 2016 to my House for a 1st birthday party and cannot say enough good things about them. They are so professional, set up and take down so quick. A superior experience!! For me, the first and foremost thing is that the animals are treated well. These guys are treated as though each and every one of them is the owner's own child. They have names and personalities and are oh so gentle with kids. This place is more than just an "up close and personal" experience with the animals, it is also a lesson in humane treatment of animals ... a lesson kids need early on. We just visited Karen and the farm today with my friend and our children. We met all of her animals-that she knows by name as well as every marking and the meaning of every sound and movement they make. Her passion for what she does and love for her animals is undeniable. They are such beautiful and loving animals and she is so caring to each and every one and obviously works so hard to maintain the farm and keep everything above par and the animals well taken care of. It was such a nice day and a great visit and we look forward to visiting again and hopefully having her pony rides or petting zoo at my children's future parties. More...

To Karen and all the staff, I simply cannot say enough good things about our experience! The communications while planning my daughters pony/petting zoo party were great. I really felt like Karen took time to speak to me and talk me through the whole process of having this in my yard. She didn't just throw prices at me and ask me to sign up. She was professional and kind and clearly loves all of these animals.

The staff who came to my daughters 5th birthday party were kind and wonderful with not only children but also with the animals. They were answering questions the kids had and telling us about the rescue aspect of this organization. It was important to me to know the animals who were coming to my home were well taken care of and that was evident upon seeing them. They were healthy and sweet as could be.

Most amazing people! I’m a total animal rights activist. That being said, this organization is all about the well being of their animals. These animals are not only extensively cared for, but genuinely loved. People who don’t understand this industry could never understand the magnitude of how these animals could be not only mistreated, by used mainly for profit. This is NOT how the STEPPIN’ OUT PONIES operation works. PERIOD. The owner has a heart of gold. Her animals are not only healthy, but LOVED. Lord, if only every animal operation worked this way. They are awesome hands down. I booked a pony form a different company who was supposed to show up at 3. They never showed and when we called they said they didn’t have our information and the pony we reserved was away. so they gave there business to Steppin out ponies and with out hesitation Kelly and Amanda made there way to my house at the last minute and put a smile on all the kids face. They even took the job knowing that it was $100.00 less then what they charge. Real life savers. Now I’m just going to book my parties with them. What a fantastic petting zoo! Arranging was a breeze with Karen. They came in even earlier than promised, the set-up was fast, all the animals are adorable (the super cute mini cow was definitely a hit! ) and you can see that the handlers are passionate about what they do and really care about the animals and their welfare. Just had them at both of our sons birthday parties today. Absolutely incredible! The staff was so knowledgeable and kind. The animals were so well taken care of it shows .
