What are your long and short term goals? What aspects of your marketing are you finding the most challenging to date? How much new business can you handle?

Our first step is doing the research on the client and industry to ensure we hit the mark in terms of ideal color schemes, fonts, layouts and design styles to ensure that the design is most conducive for the goals of the piece as well as attractive to the ideal target market. Once the intake from the client as well as the research is done, we begin the first round concepts which we bring to the client in the form of design comps to review with the client. From there, we take the necessary feedback and make appropriate edits and/or final design preparation based on how the design(s) will be utilized.

Before we begin our work, it is imperative that we have a in-depth discussion with the client. This is how we’re able to get feedback on their vision for the brand as well as their goals. We also ask to see any previously done work so that we can see what was done in the past as compared to where we will be moving the brand in the future.

We have been fortunate to work across a number of different industries throughout the world over the past 20 years. The best part of my job is watching and helping client succeed and continue to push the bar higher and higher year after year. We have one of the best retention rates for our clients in the industry and I give a lot of the credit to my amazing team at Stephen Donnelly and associates.

When I first graduated college back in 2000, I worked for a large agency that handled most of the fortune 100 and fortune 500 clients. I was able to see a lot of the marketing world from the inside but was also able to see the shortcomings that I see large agencies encounter. This is really what inspired me to start my own agency as I believe in proactive communication and client focus with a high touch approach, if you keep that as the focus the money will follow.

Our clients are very diverse and range from small mom and pop shops to Fortune 100 companies and everything in between. We have a number of testimonials from very happy clients that have been with us for a very long time. We focus on not only the quality of our work but also position ourselves as a partner with our clients rather than a vendor. Also, we have invested very heavily in data and software within the company which helps us to do our jobs that much better.

Yes, although we are based in New York, we serve clients all around the world effectively. Some we have never personally met face-to-face however given the fact that we are in a very technologically advanced industry, remote work is no issue and in fact gives us a competitive advantage.We have incorporated a lot of safety protocols within our offices for anyone that is visiting in person. In addition, we offer meetings remotely via zoom and other platforms.
