Were out for an anniversary dinner with my wife and this was the perfect spot for us because we have lighter appetites. Great atmosphere, well lit but still cozy. Interesting cocktails and bar. For food we ordered the Arancini, Tuna Tartar on Fried Wonton, Shrimp & Grits, Lobster Taco, Fried Pot Stickers and then for desert ended with the Donuts with Chocolate Dipping Sauce. The Lobster Taco and Tuna Tartar were the evenings winners for us, Pot Stickers were very tasty too. Could have done something other than the Arancini and Shrimp and Grits though. I always look forward to going to this place. The live music is usually a tad loud, but still one of my favorite spots in Nashua. The ever changing menu is flooded with great options - I would recommend the wagyu sliders and the fries (either the loaded stella fries or the lemon garlic parm). Service at the bar is typically good, although if busy dont hesitate to call the bartender. All of them are super nice and wont take offense to it!! More...

If you like overpaying for small portions, this place is for you! Sorry to be a downer but I don't really understand the hype here. I mean the food is decent but I need to order two plates at least to get a meal and then I am paying like $25 bucks to eat dinner when I could have got a steak elsewhere. The bar is cute but small and they do make great drinks so that is what I will stick to here. They do have local jazz bands etc on fri sat night. More...

Been Going there for quite awhile. Now the new owners have updated and reinvigorated the place with minimal changes but good ones. Always great food and drinks. Brought my parents in for the first time, on Saturday, and they really enjoyed it. The Chef George makes some great dishes. Wonderful place for a drink and a couple of small plates!  Atmosphere is very upscale, the staff is extremely friendly, and the food is dynamite!  I always prefer to spend my time, and my money locally, as the service and food is almost always better than a chain of any kind, and this was no exception.   Tried the french dip slider and small order of lobster mac & cheese, and was blown away.   Great experience...will definitely be back! OMG... I Just moved back to NH from FL and have been looking for a place I can come after work for a nice atmosphere,  cocktail and appetizer. .. Well, I just found it!!!  Stella Blu is no joke. Atmosphere is soft and although it was mostly couples, it is a quality crowd. Drinks were AMAZING! I had 1 espresso martini and then switched to my favorite, Orange vodka cosmo. Both were ON-POINT! Bigger glasses than I am used to coming from FL, where a tiny glass of anything is 15-20$.  I am so happy I checked this place out. I am in the hospitality business and I give this place an A+. Great unique drinks, saw lots of martinis being served at the bar. They had 4 beers on tap and a nice selection of canned beers. Stoneface DDH, mmm. We tried the lettuce wraps, Kobe sliders, and flatbread BLT which all delicious. Nice atmosphere and wait staff was perfect. Gluten Free items were clearly marked and staff was knowledgeable about the subject. They told us chefs would change gloves so they were careful about cross contamination. Will visit again! More...

Way to loud!! Again way to loud. I wear hearing aids and had to turn them off. Thus making conversation with others at the table a little difficult. I feel we were yelling at times. When the band started it seemed like the other patrons started talking louder to talk over the band. That is the only complaint I have. The band that night was very good wish we could have heard them better. We were about as far away from them as one can get. We'll be back but hopefully when at a more quieter time. Sincerely More...

We were looking for a place to eat dinner after a day trip to Nashua and we are so glad we found Stella Blu. The food was phenomenal. We tried a few very different dishes and everything was even more delicious than the last. Even better than the food was the service Our server was absolutely amazing and attentive, staying on top of our waters, offering us more pita chips with our dip appetizer and lettuce for our lettuce wraps before we even realized we needed any more. She also did so despite having her hand in a cast, but she didn’t let that stop her! She was equally as friendly as she was attentive.We can’t wait to visit again! More...
