My was carpet dirty from my dog who likes to walk in the dirt and mud. Aslo he's old and can't hold his bladder as well. The techs Steve and Alex came out and made my carpet look brand new and it smells wonderful. Now I can sit in my living room again and enjoy myself. I will definitely be using this company again. This man showed up today in a bad mood or something. He was upset because I requested 5 bedrooms cleaned and he thought I meant 5 rooms total. Small miscommunication. He counted the game room as the 5th room so he didn’t carpet clean the master bedroom. He said too bad. Started Demanding his money and wasn’t willing to finish the job. Was not willing to talk or show any form of customer service. He was very obnoxious. I’ve used him before and paid him $700 for grout cleaning and carpet cleaning. I have a receipt the receipt and showed it to hm. But he claims he has never done work for me before and he claims he doesn’t take checks. Which he did and I have a copy of that too and invoice because it was a business expense for a rental home. Why all the drama and walking out demanding cash and not finish the job. He also charges extra for the hallways between bedroom. I paid him nonetheless. Unhappily everything is steam cleaned except the master bedroom. I can’t believe it.
