I had an amazing experience working with Amanda as my health coach. She gave me a better overall understanding of how to better my health and implement better practices into my wellness. 10/10 would recommend her.

I really enjoyed working with Amanda. Amanda worked to get to the root of my problem and was not afraid to push me in the direction I needed to go even though she knew she may get pushback. She used a holistic approach and prescribed lifestyle changes that created long term success instead which I prefer in comparison to a traditional medical setting where doctors have just tried to resolve my issues by prescribing medicine. She also provided me with a lot of tools to get to where I wanted to go. I am very happy with my time working with her and I strongly recommend her. More...

Amanda was amazing! She looks at health from a completely full picture view. I’ve worked with a number of health professionals from nutritionists to dietitians and trainers. A healthy diet is essential to health and wellbeing. Our goal is for our clients to have a healthy relationship with food while also being able to properly nourish their body. We do not subscribe to fad diets or have the philosophy that one diet fits all. We believe every body is unique when it comes to taking care of individual health. What works for some, may not for others. We take this bio-individual approach towards diet. We strive to help others work towards optimal health through a holistic approach.

Stay Fit Be Well was founded by Amanda with the intention to share her accumulated knowledge of health with others. Amanda has immersed herself in the holistic health world from a young age, and has continued educating herself about physical, spiritual, and mental health. Amanda was a pre-med student majoring in psychology at the University of Southern California when she decided to complete her integrative nutrition coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in addition to her university studies. After coming to the realization that physical and mental health need to coexist for optimal wellness, she wanted to create a platform that would allow others to find this balance as well. She believes in an all natural and holistic approach to prevent health issues and treat the root cause of symptoms.
