Gabe was incredible throughout the night at keeping things moving and keeping up with last minute decisions. We couldn't ask for a better DJ for the night. He was very flexible during the night and made sure everything happened when it was supposed to. We appreciated the thoroughness and follow up for the special mp3 files we sent in. How would you describe your ‘style’?
High status doesn't happen overnight! Status DJs live in their craft constantly in the music, new, old and every genre. Not because they need to but because knowing you is knowing their job.
What do you love most about your job?
It's not a party without... the party! People are the best part of this job getting to know the client and performing at your absolute best so they can focus on what matter most, DANCING. It feels great knowing they're showing up comfortably and leaving with memories to last forever.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Its started with my own school dances. I would see kids stuck to the wall or punch bowl and the DJ is playing Cotton Eye Joe for a full 7 minutes! DJing immediately became a hobby and grew into a profession. With +10 year spent DJing and +4 years done professionally Status DJs goal is get rid of lame partys and show the world how to party with HIGH STATUS!
