Our family and friends have been using "the Deli" ( as we call them) for decades for all of our family functions. Everyone always asks " Did you make the food yourself? Had to been a ton of work, you should have called to ask for help" We just tell everyone the truth, we do not have time for all that fuss, these folks have it down to a science and there are ALWAYS compliments and plenty of food. What’s your signature dish?
Our special recipe fried chicken is amazing as well as our utilizing ONLY fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits. Proteins, pastas, sauces as well as all other aspects of choices are the best seasonal available items
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We work with each client within their budget and requests. Most everything is somewhat custom to specific needs. We do make recommendations that assist guests to have a better experience. We do not sell FLUFF, just stuff.
What do you love most about your job?
The compliments from happy clientele, the smiles and relief that come along with their satisfaction of taking the stress out of the process. We make it simple and worry free
What inspired you to start your own business?
Food is our passion. We saw an amazing void in our area for what we do. Our success came quite easily because if you enjoy what you do it is not work

We are a no nonsense catering business that has your best interest as our recipe for success. We do not have an upsell disposition with an impeccable reputation for flawless results
