If you want to do something nice for yourself and take care of yourself, check out State of Grace. They have great classes, but it's more than that. The whole place is gorgeous--it smells great and the colors are soothing and beautiful. You can feel calmness washing over you as soon as you open the door. Walk into the yoga studio and the space just feels good. You need this. I need this. What am I still doing here? More...

Lori offers all visitors a sacred place, education & joy to give everyone an ownership of their health & thrive beyond a Yoga class or Shiatsu. As an acupuncturist & Autopath I have worked with many Yoga studios in the region, but the atmosphere in State of Grace allows to relax right at the door.
