Starthealthyhabits has changed my life. I've even bought the tee-shirt!! ;) My heath coach was Jeff! He helped me loose 40 pounds and gain a new perspective on life. I have learned how to eat in a way to support my body properly, even when out at restaurants with friends! I look at those menus through different eyes now. It really is easy to stay on track with his tips. Jeff gave me good advice on exercising as well. I prefer to run over weights or building, not to say he hasn't tried to show me some weight training. I just happen to be hard headed. It took me 6 months to correct my running form but, I actually LOVE running now. Not many people can help you love to run. Jeff can!! Maybe my next task will be the weights and building. Looking forward to continuing to work with Jeff! More...
