What do you love most about your job?
Helping people understand and accept themselves, see how they show up to the world and be a part of their development.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After I got stage four breast cancer, I wanted to work on my own terms, still helping and encouraging others with the certifications, skills, and experience I have to benefit their journey.

True Colors Personality Assessment
Valuing Differences – Creating Unity.
This training teaches individuals, teams, and organizations how to identify and recognize different personalities, and better understand themselves and others. The True Colors Personal Success Workshop is interactive and covers the seven essential elements in a fun and memorable way. Individual training consists of an online assessment and debrief.

MHS Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0) Assessment and Debrief
Assess. Predict. Perform.
Emotional Intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills used to better understand ourselves and others. Training can enhance essential skills to promote greater trust, understanding and collaboration, and improve individuals, teams, leaders, communication and productive conflict resolution.
This consists of a 20-minute online self-assessment and one debrief.
Workplace Report and debrief minimum: $150
Leadership Report and debrief minimum: $175
Additional coaching sessions will be assessed but generally are $50-$100 per hour.
MHS Hardiness Resilience Gauge Assessment and Debrief
Challenge. Control. Commitment. Combining my Air Force Master Resilience Facilitator skills and HRG certification, Mindy offers resilience training to increase self-awareness and personal empowerment, give tools to manage stressors in a healthy way, enhance communication and interpersonal relationships and improve well-being and cognitive functions.
The HRG is an online assessment followed by a debrief.

DISC Behavioral Style Assessment and Debrief

DISC is a self-discovery training tool that measures an individual’s preference and tendencies when interacting with others. DISC training can help people understand themselves and others, flex styles to promote harmony, communication and trust, and improve teams, leaders, communication and productive conflict resolution.

Author Chats: Start with Self: Self-Discovery Through Analogies
An 8 or 10-week conversation providing accountability through the growth and development using the book. You are the detective hired and armed with resources to observe and collect evidence about your Self. I consolidated the amalgamation of my education and certifications to facilitate your self-discovery journey through the use of analogies. Understanding your Self helps you meaningfully connect with others, resolve conflict, manage stress, and enhance communication and well-being. Will you accept the case?

Each 45-minute session costs $35 (8-week course is $280; 10-week course is $350)
Communication and Conflict Resolution Basics
Understand the basic principles of communication (sender, message, receiver, feedback), types of communication (aggressive, assertive, passive-aggressive), barriers to effective communication and navigating conflict.
