I needed some items moved from Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York to West Palm Beach, Florida. I used DuckDuckGo.com to find real, not sponsored results, and found Stars and Stripes Movers. They had hundreds of positive reviews. I called them and talked to Jon Churchill, the owner. He answered my questions and offered a reasonable price for the move. A few weeks later, we coordinated the pick up from storage in Brooklyn. My friend, Daniel, was there to unlock the storage unit. A few days later, the driver/mover, Charlie, and his brother arrived. As a former mover/driver myself, I was impressed to see how neatly stacked they arranged everything, with bungie cords spiderwebbed from one side of the truck to another, to create a wall and add stability. They unloaded and worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this moving company for the personal service, the fact that I can talk to the owner directly, the professional, friendly, and trustworthy movers, that combined make this the bbn only moving company worth calling if you need something moved. I've been in the Moving business for years and I have to say that Stars and Stripes Movers is definitely Top Notch! While out of state I had to find a Company to take care of my mom who had just retired. The Crew led by Owner and Former Marine packed loaded and unloaded her into the home where she will be living her golden years in all in just a weekends time. My mom called me every few hours to brag about how Great the crew was! In her words they were Kind, Hard Working, Professional and treated her belongings with the utmost care even individuslly wrapping her China which has been in the family for over a century. Stars and Stripes is absolutely Number 1 in my eyes. John called me within minutes of me first trying to book with them to confirm they received my information. The crew was on time, even called ahead to give me a heads up they were about 10 minutes out. Charles and Demetrius were prepared for the job and had the right tools to complete the task and worked extremely hard even when the weather seemed unbearably hot.
