Excellent support and customer service to get my mom set up with a Lifeline necklace. Fast service and great follow up support to ensure necklace was activated and functioning correctly. Owner Greg Starrs was compassionate about our situation and very helpful in answering questions about how to find other home care resources where my mother lives. I am disabled and have been using StarResource for several years. Tracey is my caretaker who cleans my house, does laundry, runs errands and takes me to my doctor appointments. I have been very happy with her service and care. I am hesitant about trying new caretakers because trust is very important to me and takes time. I would recommend that Tracey train them since I have newer appliances, an older car, and am a "clean freak". My only issue involves a few billing issues which prevented me from giving StarResource a perfect 5 star rating. Often, I have had to correct the service total ( I keep very complete records of service ). But I have not been challenged and they have corrected the errors. Overall, they do a great job and being disabled requires a patient and caring relationship. I am very satisfied and will continue to use your services. Thank you! Vita More...
