I highly recommend their service, they made my wedding on 04/20/19, all the guests loved the food, the ease and speed they served the food to everyone. Hosted my husbands 40th at our home with Starkey's food truck and my guests won't stop RAVING over the pizza! Not to mention the amazing fresh sashimi he had his staff pass around. The staff was beyond friendly and helped me restock anything I needed at my party which was so off the charts amazing! My only complaint is that I found this truck so late in the season. A wood fired oven on a trailer......amazing. I like the menu, very simple so they can focus on quality instead of quantity. And quality is definitely what I saw in the pizza and the sushi. The pizza had great flavor from the sauce and dough to the toppings. The only thing I wish they had was the option for a egg on the pizza (one of my favorite toppings on a wood fired pizza). Now you wouldn't think about sushi on a pizza truck but man they make some amazing sushi. I'm a fan of "true" sushi and sashimi but I went back for seconds and tried for thirds (they ran out of rice) of there California hand rolls and spicy tuna hand rolls. They use real crab, not the fake surimi. Genius. Tuna was excellent as well. Nice amount of spice but not overpowering. And finally the price was great. I couldn't believe how reasonable they are compared to the ingredients they use. If you ever see this truck parked you have to stop and grab something. More...

He worked closely with us to feed our athletes a delicious meal, serving up ahi tuna poke, chicken teriyaki, gluten free carbs, roasted race-ready veggies and seaweed salad.
