I love the support and professionalism from Star Ranch Fitness! Always encouraging and knowledgeable and making sure I modify my exercises as needed to not aggravate some knee and back issues I have. These guys are THE BEST!

Victor is an awesome trainer, great apps, easy to use, keeps you on target, great at keeping you motivated! In six months I’ve lost 24 pounds and almost 7 inches from head to toe, all thanks to him! I’ve gained my confidence back!

Victor is a great instructor! I've been trying for years to get into shape, I have already began to see progress. I cant wait to see what the next year or more holds. . hes very professional and knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I have hired many instructors in the past and I've always been told id be too hard to work with cause if my food restrictions or they communicate with me once a month.. uugghh. But victor seems to be right on top of everything. Id reccomend him to anyone. More...

Whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, corrective exercise, etc. We work hand in hand with your physician and/or allied health professional to assure that the plan prescribed to you by SRF Coaches and Fitness Pros not only meets your expectations but the expectations and continued care and treatment of your other health care professionals.

Services

This membership is your ticket to train with Star Ranch Fitness. It includes access to our Online, Onsite and/or Hybrid programs and services, the SRF mobile app where you can track your workouts and progress and connect with our team. As an SRF member, you'll also receive a free series of workouts and access to the SRF VIP Member Vault.

We offer 1 on 1 in-person, gym, home & virtual personal training experiences designed to achieve every individual member’s respective health and fitness goals. Whether you are a beginner or enthusiast, our private training begins and ends with creating a premier and comfortable in-person or virtual atmosphere tailored for your individual and overall success and safety. We will assist you in exceeding your fitness goals by creating a workout plan, specifically for you, designed to maximize results.

The gym or home fitness plan is focused on building a strong foundation. A strength & conditioning plan that will help you become proficient at the nuts-and-bolts exercises that will build work capacity and provide additional volume to your workouts.

Each coaching plan purchased includes a weekly plan to follow, check-ins, and also includes the meal plan absolutely free!

We are proud to offer results-driven individuals any plan that we’re confident will work. That’s why we created Personal Training Memberships. If you’re someone who doesn’t need the bells and whistles of a gym membership, you are in the right place. (But first, you should be aware, our bells and whistles are pretty amazing.)
