Stacey Moe Events

Last month my daughter, Gabriella became a Bat Mitzvah and it was a magical day for our family. I was fortunate to have an amazing event planner, Stacey Moe. Stacey was with me from the beginning, helping to design Gabi's logo, select colors, and decide on a theme. She was also great about working within our budget and dealing with all of our family's different ideas. Stacey helped me with everything from designing the flower arrangements and centerpieces to setting up of the decor including the candy table. In addition, she worked really well with all of our venders to ensure the day went off without a hitch! We had a great deal of moving parts that all had to be set up for the party in a short period of time and Stacey made it happen. All of our guests were impressed by her organization and creativity! Stacey recently planned an event for our family. It was a celebration of life event for our father. It started as dinner at a very nice Lake Forest restaurant and ended at Lake Forest beach with a true Viking sendoff (burning ship on the lake at sunset). Throughout the entire planning process, Stacey was positive and upbeat. There was nothing she couldn't do and she was willing to take on any challenge. She constantly assured me the event would be perfect and I wouldn't need to worry about a thing, which is exactly what happened. The venue was elegant, the food was delicious, and the ceremony on the beach was one that none of our family will ever forget. Our guests were amazed by the level of detail Stacey went to. She is a very creative person and had so many good ideas. With any family, the dynamic between certain family members was unique and difficult. Stacey was very conscious and compassionate with those situations which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend Stacey Moe as an event planner for any special event. More...

Stacey planned an incredibly fun, creative, and action-packed 80th birthday party for my father-in-law. It was spot-on with so many of his interests and life experiences expressed in the invitations, decor, food, service, music, and flow of experiences during the party. 200+ people of all ages and from all over the country will never forget it. No idea or detail was too outlandish or too trivial for Stacey. She is a master planner, and she makes it all happen so smoothly and so the hosts and guests don't have to worry about anything. Stacey is a penultimate professional. She made our daughter's bat mitzvah a slam dunk and saved us so much stress. I travel a lot for work and was able to coordinate the details with Stacey via text and email for the most part. She's extremely thoughtful and fun and very tasteful. Last night was my son's bar mitzvah.  I hired Stacey for the "day of" so I could enjoy myself and not worry about the small details.  Stacey went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!  She went to the venue extra early to oversee the other vendors and when we arrived, I was blown away to see my vision come to life.  I cannot recommend her enough if you want to have a carefree event.  I had an absolute blast at my own party and that's because Stacey made sure I didn't have to lift a finger.  She is a lovely person and from the moment I met her, I connected with her.  It's hard not to!  You won't find a better event planner than Stacey Moe. Stacey was amazing! I hired her to help with my triplets 12th birthday party. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and came up with details that were enjoyed by all! Stacey saved me lots of time and money! She searched for things on the internet for a good value like the bright orange monogrammed blanket that everyone was able to use at the party and then take home for a souvenir.  Adorable! She set the tone with wonderful hand made invitations that everyone commented on, and dressed up my entire backyard with fun activities. My girls had a party to remember! Since this was probably the last birthday party I will likely have for them until they are 16, I wanted to make it special, which is why I called Stacey. After working with her I can say she's more than a business contact, she's a friend.  I highly recommend Stacey Moe events for your next party. More...

What a night! What a party! Everything was perfect!  All the wishes of my  12 year old grandson were granted.  Not a detail was missed. ...The success of a great party starts with the invitations and Stacey set the tone.  The visual atmosphere for the success of the party was stunning.  The bright colored signs across the dining room table, detailed napkin rings, name tags for table placement, conversation starters and cake all referring back to the BEST theme for boys that age:" A Minute To Win It".  Stacey conducted the games so the boys felt competitive, yet everyone enjoyed each other's success in performing the task.  Both my husband and I, the grandparents, felt such joy for each and every boy because we saw how much fun they were having. That was expressed by them, as well to their parents.  I believe one of the reasons why the boys were so happy is because we had the party at our home. With Stacey's guidance, leadership and overall control of the schedule and conduction of games, it allowed the boys to interact and have fun in an old-fashioned way.  Over the past few years, I had noticed that children had been dropped off at big box entertainment centers to fend for themselves.  This was different.  I had not organized a children's party since my own son was 12 years old, and he is the father of the birthday boy. Stacey presented herself in a pleasing, reassuring manor, that gave me confidence that the party was age appropriate and everything would be taken care of.  One of my concerns was keeping the boys happily busy together, and Stacey assured me (and did) that the boys would have plenty of fun games to entertain them at all times.  The joy I felt after this party leaves me with gratitude toward Stacey and all of her talents.  Thank you for making wonderful memories for a very deserving 12 year old grandson.  I would definitely hire Stacey Moe Events again, in fact, I just did.Nancy W.
