Stability Fitness is owned by Tom Stabile and is a private personal training studio. I train one on one or groups of 2 or 3 clients. I start each client with a fitness assessment consisting of a health history, flexibility, posture assessment, and body composition.

Tom is the most qualified personal trainer in Knox County. Several years ago I was diagnosed with Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease. I always wanted to own my own gym and help people exercise. I started a routine at 6 years old and never stopped exercising 51 years later.
My dad was on disability in his fifties because of heart disease. I tried coaching him as a kid. We walked and biking. He lived to 77.
I just love to workout. Heavy breathing is like fine music to me. I love learning how the body works and applying what I learn.

I am passionate at what I do. I learn constantly on how the body works. I will help you reach your fitness goals and teach you not to injure yourself now or in the future by paying attention to how your body feels....stretching when you need to stretch, doing posture exercises when needed, and so on.
