The St Mary's physicians group is under staffed. You can't get phone calls returned and important paperwork completed in a timely fashion, even if you follow all the required procedures completely. This problem is systemic not just at one office. You can't even get into the doctor's office to talk to someone face to face. Covid or not this is not the way to build customer relations. More...

Great job violating patients rights to have a advocate present. I will be reporting this violation. All patients have a right to have a advocate of their choice present. A veteran with a TBI definitely should not have that right taken away. I will be reporting this office for violating that right! You not only violated those rights but you cost my family a entire days pay!!! A patient with short term memory lost coming in for a appt with no one to help them or to remember the info is a waste of time and money!!! More...

I was in the ICU for 7 days and I had the most caring, loving and life changing nurses I’ve ever had. Lindsay, in particular went above and beyond. She was always checking on me and telling me stories that had me laughing so hard. She inspired me to go to nursing school in the fall to obtain my RN and work in an ICU. My wife went in tonight with dangerously low iron. She has uterine fibroids and needs a hysterectomy. We can’t afford health insurance. But we make too much for help. The “doctor” that tended to her said they couldn’t help her unless her hemoglobin fell some more into their definition of what constitutes an emergency. It’s obvious nobody will help just to help. It’s all about money. We went there because with a name like St Mary’s we thought they might show a little compassion. Nope. Discouraged and disappointed. Decades ago students chose healthcare fields because they were interested in helping people. Today I believe most choose healthcare as a profession because of the huge paychecks. We’ve never been wealthy and have struggled here and there and also had better times during 35 years of marriage. But we’ve also never been on public assistance. I’ve worked constantly since I was sixteen. Maybe I need to quit my job and let the government reward laziness and sloth like it does now. More...

Doctors single out the sickle cell community and treat us as if we are all addicts! Not just me and my close sc friends but there are 11 other sc patients that feel the same way! They totally lied in the news interview about making ALL patients that come in for pain, have to use the IV pain meds drip! When really they only make SC patients use the “sickle cell protocol” They should be focusing on the real Addicts!
