My workout experience at SRQ Fitness has been really good. A lot of times I don't feel like going but once I get there I end up having fun and get the workout that I need!!!
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Because I work with clients from the teens all the way into the 80s their goals can be quite varied. Whether it be improving their sports performance, losing weight, managing chronic health conditions, or just working to maintain an independent lifestyle-- I enjoy helping my clients work toward their individual goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Keep a positive mindset, show up for your training sessions, be proud of yourself when you work hard, celebrate life's everyday victories, & maintain a sensible diet!
What do you love most about your job?
While I truly enjoy helping all my clients reach their fitness/lifestyle goals, I get special satisfaction from helping those that need help the most! Especially my clients that have health concerns that can be aided by a healthier lifestyle (which is most of them). Whether it be obesity, heart problems, diabetes, osteopenia or osteoporosis, or mood elevation / self-confidence, exercise can make a big difference!
Often I'll get feedback from these clients when they realize that their daily tasks & past-times are becoming easier for them & that they are experiencing fewer everyday aches & pains: a pleasant side effect of their sessions with me :)
What inspired you to start your own business?
Who doesn't want to be their own boss & be responsible for unlimited success!?!

All sessions are 1-on-1 so you get my undivided attention (although I do invite couples to workout together if they like), I give positive, real time instruction & feedback, and we generally have a fun time together. I promise you will laugh much more than you'll cry :P
Aqua Training
For those that prefer to work out in their pool. The buoyancy of the water makes it possible for clients with severe weight issues, lower body injuries, and other ailments to work on their health & fitness goals, without risking further injuries.
House-Call Personal Training
If you would rather not come to my gym, I can come to you! I will train you in your well-equipped home or clubhouse gym.
