Today was my 1st experience with window cleaning from Squeaky Clean and I was VERY pleased, from the moment I first spoke with Jonathan on the phone to the actual cleaning today. They were very understanding when I had to reschedule due to heavy rain with subsequent damage inside our home and they were courteous, careful and thorough when they came to do my windows inside and outside today. My service attendant was friendly and did a great job. I would have given them 5 stars except for this reason: He did not have a work order that indicated the price I was quoted and agreed to on the phone. He had to call the office. The manager asked for all the same information that he did when I set up the job. There was apparently no record of a quote to me. Then he came back with a price $30 more than the original price. All said and done, I ended up paying $10 more than I was quoted. Far from professional. Maybe this was just a rare random mistake, so I would give the the benefit of the doubt.
