I have taken a few yoga classes with Rebecca and she was extremely patient, kind and had me feeling comfortable in a matter of minutes. I have always been introverted when it comes to group yoga because I'm not very flexible and have not had any luck finding someone who fits til I joined her classes. Very knowledgeable and takes the extra time and effort with us beginners but doesn't hold back with those who have had yoga experience. Great mind body work out. Absolutely an amazing treat ! New experience doing SUP. Loved it!! Rebecca was a great guide. We did a adventure out of Parrish Park over to Horseshoe Crab island. Highly recommend!!!
