I have been using Spring Fresh Cleaning Service for 3+ years now. They were originally recommended to me by a realtor friend who uses them to do deep cleanings when she sells a property. I have never been disappointed from the day of that original deep clean. They generally clean our whole house, but once in a while, I will do just specific parts of the house -- i.e.: if I am having a party, I will have them focus on just the main living areas. I have a good sized house with a lot of places for dirt to hide, a slew of animals and 3 kids. I use Spring Fresh on what they call an "on-call" basis, but roughly 10-12 times per year. The cleaners rotate a bit, which I don't mind because I feel like it is a fresh set of eyes every time; they have always been professional and courteous and I have never had a problem with scheduling, quality or timeliness. Once in a while they will call to let me know they are running late because another house ran over. It has never been a problem. My house sparkles when they leave, every time without fail. Highly recommend and I would never use anyone else in Reno. I have never had any problems with them not being there on the day they were scheduled and everyone I have dealt with at the home office has always been pleasant and professional. More...

We needed a deep cleaning on our house for an important event. I called and spoke to Randy. He scheduled me on the first phone call. He was professional and pleasant to talk to. He was able to schedule our cleaning just a few days later. The morning of our appointment the ladies who came were a little late due to getting lost, but in all fairness, the road signs in Fernley are not that great.I was feeling a little guilty for "indulging" in someone to clean our house until I saw the work that Lucy and Gaby performed. Honestly, I could have and never would have been able to get our house so clean! It is like it was on the first day we moved in. Not only were all of the basics cleaned wonderfully but they went above and beyond the call of duty!  Our stove gas burners that I have never been able to get clean they were able to. They cleaned our washer and dryer, the underneath of the stove hood (who does that?), our small appliances on our kitchen countertop, all of the cabinets throughout our house, the doors, window sills, they even cleaned under everything on his RC Car work surface. I cannot recommend Spring Fresh Cleaning Service enough. After trying out another local company for a few weeks, we decided to check out Spring Fresh based on a referral from a friend. In doing the initial walk-thru, I was very up front about the areas in which the other company had failed to meet my expectations.  Randy agreed that my expectations were not unreasonable and were things that should have been taken care of - for example, several visits and no cleaning of window ledges in the middle of summer with a bunch of nats flying around...come on, that should be obvious.  You couldn't miss the carcasses.Anyway, Randy took very precise notes of my complaints which was shared with the team that arrived.  Like many local services, I like that they will have the same team come out on a regular basis (aside from days off and such).  So, Bernice and Ingrid knew exactly what I expected and they definitely exceeded my expectations.  They do a top to bottom cleaning and since I work from home, I was able to witness some of it first hand.  They cleaned the blinds starting at the top, got all spiderwebs from the ceilings (yes, there were still some after several visits from the other company), and spent extra time on the high traffic areas of our home.  The other company was in and out in barely over an hour...not enough for a 2500 sq ft house with 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs.  Spring Fresh spent nearly 4 hours!  Yes, this was an initial cleaning to make up for what had been lacking, but I do expect the norm for them to still be a few hours.  Finally, I am getting my money's worth!Spring Fresh will definitely be our long term housekeeping service.
