Ordered flowers for a dear family member who is recovering from surgery in Sonoma Cty. Living in SF, I'm not familiar with any flower shops in that area. I took a chance with Spring Flowers & Gifts since I read the excellent reviews. So happy I did, the vase of flowers were beautiful and my cousin loved them! She sent me a picture for reference, I would say it's 90% accurate as pictured on the website. Another big plus, fast delivery, within an 1 1/2 hrs it was at her house. Every year I buy my best friend Valentine's Day flowers. This year she moved a week prior to the holiday to a small town outside Sonoma and to make matters worse, I'm overseas in New Zealand in a different time zone. Even though I called Spring Flowers at 3pm on the busiest day of the year for flowers, they still delivered a beautiful bouquet to my best friend and kept my yearly tradition alive! I live in San Diego and always order my mom flowers for Mother's Day. My parents just moved to Sonoma so  I needed to find a new flower person. I called a bunch of people and was not having that much luck. Than I called spring flowers. They were very helpful and took my last minute order. I did not double-check the ship to address on my internet order. I had entered Bill to and ship to my home address and it should have gone to a funeral home in Sonoma. The driver made a special trip to come all the way to Rohnert Park and he waited and waited for me to answer the door after ringing 3 times. Luckily he didn't drive off right away like many drivers do and I was able to catch him and he is returning it to the proper address in the city of Sonoma at no extra charge. As I prepared for this years anniversary, I ordered flowers a week in advance. Thought I had one checked off the list. My wife then informs she was taking two days off before the day. I called Angela at the shop and asked if the arrangement could be delivered in four hours before the end of the day. Two hours later I get a pic of the beautiful flowers delivered. My go-to florist in Sonoma. They always come through with amazing arrangements for my wife's birthday, Valentines Day or other occasion. I call, ask for something nice, give them my credit card number and ask them to deliver and just like that, instant husband points. In fact, it seems that I'm never home on my wife's birthday... I know this because I called them this year and they had last year's order saved. The helpful gal on the line told me what I ordered last year and asked if that worked out well. It did (I'll make no further comments *wink*). It seems to have worked out just as well this year. Now, if I can only figure out how to be home next year when the flowers arrive. More...
