The venue is lovely, and our inquiries to the event coordinator were quickly attended to. One recommendation I'd like to make is regarding the tea service. Everyone at our table agreed the tea had an off taste , likely due to the use of Coffee dispensers doing double duty. I would suggest either water exclusive dispensers or more thoroughly cleaning the dispensers of residual coffee taste. The tea sandwiches, treats and toasted scones with lemon curd and clotted cream were great, however it would have been nice if wait staff were dressed in Downton attire like another Downton tea we attended a few years back! Very nice place perfect for events. Has three floors for events and a cute balcony on the 4th floor. I went to the Downton Abbey Tea party and it was so much fun and well organized.

This review is for the tea room specifically. While this place has changed somewhat since my mom would bring us as kids, it still has lots of the same charm. The environment is peaceful, and they still have hats to wear to enhance the fancy experience, especially for children. The Spring Tea is a great value and is cheaper than any other tea room offering I've seen in Orange County and beyond. I love the food, particularly the scones and tea sandwiches. Savory croissant sandwiches are also provided which really round out the meal. They have a great tea selection, and they have been good with accommodating vegetarian and other requests (not sure about vegan). More...

I love going to a tea house, it's therapeutic, helps me to relax. This building is beautiful exterior & interior. I Had a relaxing afternoon tea with a friend last Saturday. I was very pleased with this hotel. It has a gorgeous lobby and upstairs. I also enjoyed my dinner at the daily grill. Nice service and good food. The room had a good view of the theater that lights up at night with different lights across the street. The bed was comfortable. My only concern was the maid never cleaned our room the next day at all. Other than it was a good experience over all. The desk guy was nice and the shuttle guy who took me to the airport as well. The staff Re just delightful and most helpful. The only complaint I have would be that we preferred the finger sandwiches you had in the past. That is more like an afternoon tea. Great place to have your next wedding. I had the pleasure of being part of a wedding on Sept 19, 2015. I was hired as DJ/MC Uplighting & Projection. Venue allowed me enough time to set up at Rose Room, upstairs balcony and outside balcony. The staff are helpful, courteous and go over and beyond to accommodate me as a vendor. I attended and women's empowerment Summit there and was pleasantly surprised with the venue, it was beautiful. The tables were decorated exceptionally beautiful, and I love the touch that they had a gift for every woman there also the entertainment was wonderful. I was also impressed about the size of the venue it was much larger inside than I anticipated from The View outside. The parking was free and convenient.
