What’s your interior design process?
Our firm completes each project using the Triple “S” Phase method.
Phase 1: “Simple Client Evaluation”
This phase includes an overall evaluation of the project and scope of work. A 30-minute Inquiry call or 90-minute in-person consultation with the CEO & Interior Curator of SpoDi will be scheduled to discuss the project in its entirety, including the scope, budget, contract, retainer, and project commencement.
Phase 2: “Source, Design & Presentation”
This phase includes researching ideas discussed during the client consultation; sourcing materials, items and vendors for project implementation and presenting project illusion or visualization through mood boards and/or 3D video renderings. We will also discuss finalized project estimates and budget for proposed scope.
Phase 3: “SpoDi Supervision, Styling & Showcase”
This final phase includes everything to create the “SpoDi” in you- from order placement, budget and delivery tracking, installation, project resolutions, styling, client reveals, and final invoicing.

What do you love most about your job?
I love that I get to make people happy. Starting off your day in a space that you love, that makes you feel good (whether that's at home or work), that's what will truly inspire you to be your best self. Giving that feeling to my client brings me great joy and satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I tell all of my clients this story so they can understand who I am! From childhood, I developed a passion for interior design. While other kids were outside playing, I was watching 'TLC's Trading Spaces' with my older cousin and redesigning spaces through imagery. I've always been drawn to the architectural features and floorplans of a home, constantly redesigning my own spaces and turning the unused into functional statements.
With the recent and unexpected passing of my father, I started to ponder on what true happiness looks like to me. Where do I find peace in a world of chaos? What simultaneously makes me smile AND shines light on my talents? From there, I birthed Spodi Design & Interiors. An ode to my father whom we affectionally called "Sporty" for his wit and uncandid, unapologetic (and sometimes unsolicited) demeanor and personality. This fusion of passion and purpose with my education and 10 years of experience in real estate, design and development is where I find solitude.

We can do consultations remotely through phone and video calls. Depending on the type of project I can draw up designs, provide moodboards and 3D visuals, source and order materials for delivery directly to client, discuss floorplans with homeowners or architects. Together we can decide the best possible options.
Interior Design
We offer all things Interior Design from space planning, designing and decorating. Whether it's a newly acquired space that needs to be brought to life or a current space that needs refreshing and rejuvenating- allow SpoDi to handle all your needs. We work with hundreds of vendors and manufacturers and can source all the items to bring your space to life (furniture, drapery, rugs, lighting, accessories, etc.), then pull it all together through moodboards and 3D presentations.
Home Staging
If you're thinking or listing your property on the real estate market, then you need to consider home staging. We use your current furniture pieces and integrate it with our current inventory to provide the perfect atmosphere for buyers. We also offer Luxury Home Staging for the vacant space owner that doesn't want to waste time or money on the market- stage your home for an expedited sale!
Residential Development- Built to Perfection!
We work with local architects, engineers & contractors in any area to develop properties tailored to your needs. Then, execute the plans through interior design & decor. No matter if you're planning to live in the home after development or list it, we can help with design and decor during the build as well as staging and accessorizing after the project has been built.
