This review is LONG over due! 7 years ago I found this amazing company and want the google world to know!A++ from start to finish, from the initial call to schedule an appointment to the visit was top notch. They are very professional and know exactly how to make your carpets the best they have every looked. Jared was responsive and answered all my questions regarding pricing and plan for my cat urine soiled couch cushions. Prices were fair, service was quick - he returned two days later with pristine couch cushions with no smell of urine! Would definitely use again!

I needed to get my carpet cleaned after moving my old couch out, before the new couch arrived. I made an appt and they gave me a same day appt. Oliver arrived to clean my carpets. I have pets and I know that my carpets could not be 100% cleaned, but Oliver made my carpets look so good that they are almost like new. He was honest, he worked clean, he greeted me with a smile and was extremely professional. I have since recommended this company to quite a few of my friends, the work they do is amazing and above all they go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied NO MATTER WHAT!! Dave does a great job. Efficient and thorough. He arrived promptly (early actually). We have wool berber whitish carpets. They took 1-2 days to dry - alternating the central heat and open air drying methods when the sun was out, dried soft not crunchy, and did not smell of dirty carpet or chemicals .
