What makes a great website?
Engaging content and eye-appealing layouts and displays. Being able to flow properly from one page to another and keep the site visitors engaged.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What type of product or service are you looking to sell or give more information about? How long are you looking to use to develop the site? Do you want to manage the site afterward the design phase or would you like us to? How can we help you reach the goals you are looking to meet?
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We always look to schedule a consultation through phone call in order to understand the project and scope and how we can truly help. We aren’t in the business of just telling you what you need, but listening to your needs first and planning from there.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to create something that people are proud of and help people reach their goals is self-fulfilling. Being able to network and meet new people is also a lot of fun for us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to help people and having the ability to choose how I interact and engage with customers. I have worked for other companies in the industry I have created my startup in, in order to change how business is done.
Why should our clients choose you?
We do not believe in sales positions. What we believe in at Spiffy IT is that we are your business ambassadors. We do not succeed unless you are able to succeed and we are in this field because we like helping people.
