What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is Cajun Chicken Alfredo with a twist. The twist is we add to this dish ( if requested). We love to remix classic dishes.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We create the prefect menu for our clients by first asking the right questions! Then we take that information and provide a sample menu with the clients taste, budget and event theme in mind. Once approved by the client we create the actual menu and get to work!
What do you love most about your job?
We love to see the expression on our clients face when they are presented with the final product. Which of coarse is their meal. It brings a level a satisfaction nothing can replace.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The love of food and this industry inspired us to start this business.
