I walked in the office with my partner and the staff met with us that day and worked with us to understand and accommodate our needs. I've unexpectedly and recently found myself laid off from a job due to downsizing of the company. It's is difficult to find work without profesional support as it can quickly become a daunting task. I sought support to find meaningful work through Spherion for a long term position and in the meantime short term temporary work to keep my finances stable.Scott, Theresa and Jenni have been welcoming from the first phone call.They are casual and encouraging when one can feel shaken with doubt when seeking work.They found me a temporary position the next day from my meeting with them. The process was painless and quick. There is paperwork to register, but it is a one time task, and to be expected from a reputable employment service. When stopping in to drop off my ID's to copy, I was greeted like I was family!Details of the location and the contact person to meet were provided for my start of work.The location is a remote construction area, and to be sure I was comfortable, Scott was thoughtful enough to drive out and find the exact location and working conditions so I could be prepared and feel comfortable!This Spherion office is set up to communicate via phone, email and text making all processes as simple as possible.
