I take cardio kickboxing classes with Deena and have been taking her classes for 2 + years. She is an exceptional instructor. Every class is different which makes it interesting and it's clear that she puts a lot of time and thought into preparation each and every time. She is a really fit woman and she inspires/challenges everyone in the class to work up to their potential.
