I’m embarrassed to say how many injuries Dr Rachel Jakubowski has fixed for me - inflamed IT band, hip and lower back pain, tendinitis in my wrist and an impinged shoulder. I tend to wait far too long before I seek help and yet Rachel heals me every time! She is truly an extraordinary physical therapist who sees me only as many times as it takes to stop my pain and her exercises and advice are always spot on. Not only that but she’s great company - I like her so much that I even consider faking an injury just so I can hang out with her! I have a slipped disc in my lower back. Discomfort and instability was a lingering problem. I was referred to Rachel by my personal trainer. On my first visit, she did a thorough full body assessment. Rachel and my trainer collaborated together and devised a treatment plan to treat my ailments. In addition to physical therapy, Rachel provided me with home exercises via email and videos on how to do them. She also shared her assessments after each visit with my trainer and exercises to incorporate in my workouts. Due to their joint effort, my lower back muscles are stronger, and my back discomfort is a rare occasion! I am very fortunate to be treated by a physical therapist that takes the time to work with others to make sure a client is successful in all aspects of their recovery! I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the results I had from just a few sessions with Dr.Rachel Jabukowski.After fighting back pain for over 10 years, I am finally pain free. I had tried yoga,deep tissue massage and chiropractors.Each gave me relief but a few days later, the pain would return.They never solved the issue causing the problem.Dr.Jakubowski was able to diagnose the reason for my back pain so that we had a very specific approach to resolving the problem more permanently.After 2-3 sessions,my pain was gone.She gave the tools to now prevent the alignment issues from returning.I highly recommend Dr.Jakubowski to anyone who feels like they have already tried everything.She has made a huge difference in my life. For several years, I have suffered from nearly debilitating headaches as well as from shoulder pain. I began treating with Dr. Rachel Jakubowski less than two months ago. For the first time in longer than I can remember, I have not had any headaches and have achieved better range of motion with my shoulder than I probably had as a kid. I have seen neurologists and orthopedists in the past for my headaches with no relief. It may sound excessive but in less than two months, Dr. Jakubowski has changed my life. I went to try to return a cable box and it turns out this company is ACTUALLY A GYM. If you are looking for the spectrum company with the terrible cable this is not it. I REPEAT THIS IS NOT THE CABLE COMPANY CALLED SPECTRUM. They do have a state of the art workout facility and great staff though. Through all the trainers I've experienced in my college career, I found the best results with my time at SSP. I have been going to Spectrum for about three years now. My entire family has a membership. Services are nice. Trainers are all amazing and make sure that you are doing your best. I am not the strongest guy have never felt uncomfortable or akward working out there. Everyone is super supportive. They are open practically all day and even have showers.
