We offer 1:1 personal training custom tailored to the individual. Regardless of experience, strength or comfort level our team is dedicated to maximize the performance and well-being of our clients by creating a strength training program specific for your health and wellness needs to help you reach your fitness goals.

Same as 1:1 Personal Training except virtually.

Our coaches’ excel in developing training regimens for short and long term programs designed for both off season and in season sports, injury prevention/rehabilitation, and mobility. So whether you are a high school athlete, collegiate level athlete or an elite athlete, we will design a custom-tailored program specifically for you to help you reach your performance goals.

MODIFIED STRONGMAN TRAINING: This class is comprised of compound movements that elicit a greater demand on our body resulting in greater fat loss and improved body composition. These movements will push you outside your comfort zone and challenge you both physically and mentally. Modified strongman is great for the general population all the way though elite world class athletes.

ADULT FITNESS: This class is structured similar to what we do with our personal training clients where you will come in warm up and go through a strength workout. This class is for adults only and will range from beginners to more advanced exercise enthusiasts. This class is designed in a group setting to have fun while reducing the costs compared to individual training.

SPEED & AGILITY FOR ATHLETES: Speed Kills. If you have the ability to generate speed then you already have a competitive advantage in your sport. This class teaches you how to develop speed and improve your agility and reaction time. Athletes will be taken through specific drills and movements designed to improve speed and agility. This is a progressive class that will build on previous sessions. This class is for athletes.

4 Week Online General Strength Training Program based on whichever strength quaility you would like to focus on. Relative Strength, Functional Hypertrophy, Hypertrophy or Strength Endurance.

12 Week Personalized and Periodized Strength Training Program individualized specifically to meet your specific goal of training. REQUIRES A 12 WEEK COMMITMENT.

We apply scientifically proven nutritional methods to your strength training so that the results you are after are achieved and realistic.
